DfMA
Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) is a design approach that focuses on easeof manufacture and efficiency of assembly. By optimizing the design of a product, it is possible to manufacture and assemble it more efficiently, more quickly, more safely and at a lower cost. More recently, construction contractors have begun to adopt DfMA for the off-site prefabrication and off-site finishing architecture and fit-up works, on-site assembly and construction of components such as volumetric modules (three dimensional) and flat precast (two dimensional) components.
PPVC/PVC
PPVC: Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction. (Construction is basically built by assembling modules which are fully or partially completed with its architectural finishing and fit-up works)

Modular Construction/Volumetric Construction
Modular construction is a process in which a building is constructed off-site, under controlled plant conditions, using the same materials and designing to the same codes and standards as conventionally built facilities – but with saving time and more safely. Buildings are produced in “volumetric three-dimensional modules” (PPVC or PVC) that when put together on site, reflect the identical design intent and specifications of the most sophisticated site-built facility – without compromise.
